What options do I have to pay? 
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and all major credit cards are accepted. If you’re having any issues regarding payment, please call us and we will handle it.

When can I expect to receive my Hektor order? 
All shipments are sent via EXPRESS SHIPPING & provide a tracking code. Your item will reach your doorstep 3-6 business days after purchase is made (this includes order processing time).

Where are my orders shipped from? 
Hektor ships from many different locations. If your order contain multiple item it is possible the order may arrive in “Split Shipment”, i.e., shipped from more than one location. In this instance, your shipment confirmation e-mail may contain more than one tracking number.

Will I be taxed & do I have to pay duties? 
All taxes and duties are always paid by Hektor. If you have received any charges in regard to taxes or duties please contact us and we’ll have the issue corrected right away. 

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged immediately upon checkout. In the event that you cancel an order or an item becomes unavailable, the charge amount will refund to the original payment method.

What happens if an item I’ve ordered is actually unavailable? 
Unfortunately, it can happen, at times, that an item you ordered becomes unavailable after making your purchase. If this is the case or the items you purchases become delayed, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone. We never charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship, and we do not bill you for items that are not available. A pending amount may appear on your statement immediately after placing your order as a measure to authorize your card. However, the amount will not be processed until the time of shipment; any pending amount will disappear shortly after order placement.

SHIPPING, DUTIES, & TAXES

First thing, shipping is always free. All shipments are sent via EXPRESS SHIPPING & provide a tracking code. Your item will reach your doorstep 3-6 business days after purchase is made (this includes order processing time).

Do you provide shipment tracking info? 
The minute your package is shipped from one of our locations, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number and your courier. Once your order has shipped from our store, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Courier or Service Delays. 
Hektor is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Who pays Duties & taxes? 
Hektor pays the cost of import duties to all the countries we ship to. You are responsible for paying any VAT or Local tax.

Can I have my order shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses? 
As of now, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If, for whatever reason, the courier cannot fulfill delivery of package due to incorrect address provided by customer, refusal to pay tax by customer, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Hektor is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. As well, Hektor will not be responsible for the payment of having to re-ship merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs & duties costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy Requirements
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply email returns@hektor.me with your order number to request a return authorization number within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Merchandise marked final sale cannot be returned.
 
The merchandise being returned must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Hektor.
 
Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days after receiving the merchandise to issue the refund. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
 
The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Hektor.
 
Returns from Canada and the United States
We have decided to run a limited time offer: Free return shipping on all returns from Canada and the United States. Upon request of a return authorization number, a customer care rep will notify you on how to proceed.
 
International Returns
Complete return instructions will be provided upon request of a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
 
Unauthorized Returns 
Any merchandise returned to Hektor without a return authorization number will incur a non-negotiable re-stocking fee at 20% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding tax and shipping. To request a return authorization number, e-mail returns@hektor.me , and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
